.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge over the W and NW portions will gradually weaken and shift
E over the waters today into Thu night. A weak low pressure area
will drift N over the SE waters early today and dissipate. A
weakening cold front will approach the area from the W Thu, then
move E across the waters Thu night into Fri. A second cold front
will move through the waters Sat night into Sun night. High
pressure will gradually rebuild NE over the waters behind the
fronts Fri through Sun night.
