West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front will drift S over
the S waters tonight and Wed as a weak low moves E along the
front. The low will quickly move E of the area while pulling the
cold front S of the area Wed night into Fri. High pressure will
build E over the N portion tonight into Fri, then shift E of the
region Fri night into Sat night while maintaining a ridge across
the waters. Tropical Storm Ernesto will track N to the SE of the
area Fri night while strengthening to a hurricane, then turn NE
Sat and Sat night. Ernesto will stay E of the waters Sun and Sun
night while slowly accelerating to the NE. See the latest
