.SYNOPSIS...Strengthening high pressure will be centered to the W
and NW of the area today through early Wed, then will gradually
weaken and be centered W of the waters Wed through Fri night. A
weakening cold front will move S and SE across the region today
into early tonight. A trough will persist along the coast of
Vancouver island through Fri. A cold front will move SE over the
waters Fri night.
