.SYNOPSIS...A trough of low pressure will move SE across the
waters today through Thu, then merge with low pressure SW of the
waters Thu night. A ridge of high pressure will slowly build
across the waters behind the trough today through Sat. Sat night
the ridge will weaken as broad low pressure forms and drifts
across the northern portions through Sun night.
