.SYNOPSIS...High pressure to the W of the waters will gradually
weaken and drift W through Tue. High pressure will then slowly
rebuild toward the region Tue night through Thu night. A low
pressure trough will persist over the California interior through
Fri night. A cold front will enter the northern waters late Wed
then drift S and dissipate across the waters Thu.
