.SYNOPSIS...A ridge of high pressure will remain across the
waters and gradually drift S through Fri night. A low pressure
trough will persist over the California interior through Fri
night. A cold front will enter the northern waters late Wed or
early Wed night then drift S and dissipate across the waters Thu.
Another weak cold front or trough will form to the W of the
waters Thu night, then drift across the outer northern and
central waters through Fri night.
