.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will rebuild NW of the region through Mon
night, then weaken Tue as a cold front approaches from the NW.
The weakening front will move into the northern waters Tue night.
High pressure will rebuild NW of the waters Wed into Wed night
and persist through Fri night. A low pressure trough over
California will persist through tonight, then gradually weaken
Mon through Tue before slowly strengthening Tue night into Fri
night.
