.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build in from W tonight into Thu
night then persist just W of the area through Sat night. The
high pressure area just W of the waters will then merge with
stronger high pressure to the NW Sat and Sat night. High
pressure will then continue to build NW of the area Sun and Sun
night. A low pressure trough will remain near the California
coast through Sun night.
