.SYNOPSIS...A persistent subtropical ridge north of the area
will support moderate winds and moderate seas will prevail across
the Atlantic and Caribbean waters through most of the week.
Winds are expected to freshen later in the week. A tropical wave
is entering the eastern Caribbean, producing scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms across the Leeward Islands. This wave
will bring increased storm activity across Puerto Rico and US
Virgin Islands over the next few days.
