.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Ernesto is well E of the area and moving
NE away from the region. High pressure will build over the waters
tonight, and persist into Mon. A cold front will approach from
the NW and move into the area Tue. The front will stall over the
NW waters Tue night into Wed night. For more information on
Ernesto please see the latest National Hurricane Center advisory.
The NAVTEX station in Chesapeake has been reported to be
inoperable.
