.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Three, centered near 30.6N 78.9W
at 11 PM EDT, will move to 30.9N 79.1W by 8 AM EDT Sat while
intensifying into a tropical storm, then to 31.7N 79.5W by 8 PM
EDT Sat night, then to 32.9N 79.8W by 8 AM EDT Sun, then continue
moving inland over South and North Carolina later Sun into Sun
night while weakening to a post- tropical cyclone. Please monitor
the latest information from the National Hurricane Center. High
pressure ridging will build back into the region through the day
Sun, while a general low pressure trough develops along or just
inland of the coast.
