.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will stall N of the waters later tonight
into Wed. A weak low will move E along the front Wed, and
quickly move E of the area while pulling the cold front S into
the area Wed night into Fri. Tropical Storm Ernesto will track N
to the E of the area Fri night while strengthening to a
hurricane, then turn NE Sat and Sat night. Ernesto will stay E of
the Mid- Atlantic waters Sun and move NE away from the area Sun
night. See the latest advisory from the National Hurricane Center
on Tropical Storm Ernesto. Chesapeake NAVTEX continues to be
reported inoperable.
