.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Ernesto is located well ENE of the
area early today. Ernesto will continue to move NE away from the
region later today into Mon as it once again becomes a hurricane.
See the latest National Hurricane Center advisory on Ernesto
for more information. Weakening high pressure over the waters
early today will shift S late today before dissipating tonight or
early Mon. A cold front will move SE into the waters on Tue,
then become stationary across the waters through Thu night as
high pressure builds NW and then N of the region. The NAVTEX
station in Chesapeake remains inoperable, and should be assumed
to be inoperable until a return to service has been reported.
