.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist over the S waters
today through Mon night, then expand N over the area Tue and Tue
night. A low pressure trough will continue along the SE coast
tonight through Tue night. A cold front will drift S over the N
waters tonight, then stall Sat into Mon as weak low pressure
forms and slowly tracks E and NE along the boundary. The low and
front will then pass E of the area Mon night.
