.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will persist E of the area today into
Sat night while maintaining a ridge over the far S portion into
Wed night, before the ridge shifts just S of the area Thu into
Sat night. A cold front will approach from the NW Wed into early
Thu, move slowly SE over the N and central waters later Thu into
Fri, and then stall over these waters Fri night. The front will
remain over the central or N waters Sat and Sat night as weak low
pressure areas move E along the front. Chesapeake NAVTEX remains
inoperable. Technicians are aware. We apologize for the
