RH this week. Winds will increase Thursday afternoon, with gusts
as high as 25 mph possible into the evening. The marine layer
inversion may reach Santa Rosa and would limit vertical smoke
dispersion, especially in the morning. Otherwise weather
conditions look favorable for a burn.
