.DISCUSSION...While we don`t have a weather station near this
location, a few stations above 1,000 ft in the Santa Lucia Range
are reporting red flag conditions with single digit RH and onshore
winds gusting in the 20-30 mph range. Since this location is in
the thermal belt (2,000-4,000 ft), the RH recovery will be poor
overnight. Conditions will gradually improve over the coming days
as the temperature decreases a few degrees heading into next week.
