Gusty winds are forecast to develop for inland areas of Trinity, Mendocino, and Lake counties, as well. Light rain and scattered thunderstorms are likely in Humboldt, Del Norte, and Trinity counties today with a few sprinkles possible farther east and south from about 11am until 8pm.
