...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Temperatures below seasonal averages and more humid conditions are
expected today. Moderate onshore winds continue through the forecast
period, with afternoon and evening gusts as high as 20-30 mph in the
gaps, passes, and northwest-southeast oriented valleys. Overnight
humidity recoveries remain good below the marine layer inversion.
The thermal belts remain warm and drier, and higher elevations in
the East Bay and Central Coast could see periods of near critical
fire weather conditions over the next few days.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Isolated lightning strikes will be possible (15% chance) in NE
Trinity County over the Alps late this afternoon through early
evening as a weak trough moves across the area. Otherwise, below
normal temperatures and higher humidity are expected today, followed
by slight drying on Tuesday. Below normal temperatures are expected
for the rest of the week as a broad trough aloft remains over the
area. West and northwesterly breezes will likely strengthen around
mid week in zones 202, 276 and 264.
