At 615 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Blue Cypress Lake. This thunderstorm was nearly stationary. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Fellsmere, Blue Cypress Lake, Fort Drum, and Pointe West. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Conditions are favorable for the development of weak, brief funnel clouds.
