.DISCUSSION...Hot, dry and unstable conditions with gusty, breezy
late day winds will persist through Tuesday. Another round of gusty
southerly winds are expected on Tuesday, shifting to the west in
the late afternoon between 1600-1700 local time. Though heat and
low humidity will not be as extreme after Tuesday, conditions will
remain warmer and drier than normal, and breezy afternoon winds
are likely to be slightly stronger through the week.
