A short wave will move through Wednesday night bringing a chance (50%) for thunderstorms. The atmosphere is moist so expect wetting rains under storms. The slow moving disturbance will continue to provide a chance (40%) for showers and storms through Thursday, though the main focus should be east of the fire by afternoon. Weak high pressure follows Friday, but another deep trough approaches the coast Friday night and moves into Oregon Saturday. .WEDNESDAY... Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (20-30 percent).
