...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY EVENING THROUGH
THURSDAY EVENING...

.DISCUSSION...Low pressure over the region will keep temperatures
cooler than normal. A short wave will move through Wednesday
night bringing a chance (50%) for thunderstorms. The atmosphere
is moist so expect wetting rains under storms. The slow moving
disturbance will continue to provide a chance (40%) for showers and
storms through Thursday, though the main focus should be east of the
fire by afternoon. Weak high pressure follows Friday, but another
deep trough approaches the coast Friday night and moves into Oregon
Saturday.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (20-30 percent). Patchy smoke
                    early in the morning. Haze late in the
                    afternoon, then patchy smoke late in the
                    afternoon. Chance of rain showers and slight
                    chance of thunderstorms late in the afternoon.
Max temperature.....Around 80.
Min humidity........22 percent.
Eye level winds.....Light winds becoming west up to 3 mph late in
                    the morning.
