.DISCUSSION...An upper low off the southern CA coast will move
towards the area afternoon through tonight, bringing increasing
chances of isolated to scattered thunderstorms. Storms will
develop over portions of northern Cal and east of the Cascades
this afternoon, shifting to areas west of the Cascades this evening
and overnight tonight as the short wave lifts north along the coast.
Storms Sunday morning should be confined to the northwest part of the
area, before moving north, then the focus for storms shift to the
Cascades and portions of the eastside Sunday afternoon. Dry weather
returns Monday, with enhanced breezes resulting in near to critical
conditions Tuesday and Wednesday.
