.NOW...
Through 10 pm...Isolated showers and thunderstorms will continue
to move across the far southwestern Texas Panhandle and
northwestern South Plains. Individual storm cells will move very
little and be relatively short-lived. Brief downpours, wind gusts
to 50 mph, and cloud-to-ground lightning will be possible with
any thunderstorm. Storm coverage will be limited, but a few lucky
locations could receive a quick quarter inch or more. If you hear
thunder, seek shelter indoors or inside a hard- topped vehicle.
