Through 8 PM, scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue
to drift south-southeastward over portions of the southern Texas
Panhandle, mainly along and north of a line from Friona to Tulia
to Estelline. Up to one quarter inch of rain is possible beneath
the strongest storms, in addition to wind gusts up to 50 mph and
occasional cloud-to-ground lightning.
