Showers and thunderstorms are expected to affect portions of the Caprock and Rolling Plains this morning and afternoon. Some storms may produce brief, heavy rainfall in the morning. The severe weather threat is low. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. Low chances for thunderstorms remain in the forecast Wednesday evening for locations along and west of the Interstate 27 and Highway 87 corridors.
