For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...

A weak ridge of 30.0 inches builds in across the upper Great Lakes
tonight and remains across the area through Friday. Afterwards, low
pressure emerging from the northern Rockies into central Canada
brings a 29.7 inch trough through Lake Superior Saturday into
Sunday. High pressure of 30.2 inches builds into the Upper Great
Lakes early next week.
