For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.1 inch high pressure ridge shifts over the Great
Lakes tonight, lingering through Wednesday. As the ridge then
shifts east, reaching the Atlantic Coast by Thursday evening, a
29.7 inch low pressure trough will move across the Plains to the
Mississippi Valley. This trough then transitions to a 29.6 inch
low pressure system over the western Great Lakes region on Friday,
continuing east over the Great Lakes Basin on Saturday.
