For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...

A 29.8 inch trough continues to slowly move across the lake this
evening while a 30.1 inch high pressure builds over the Northern
Plains. As the trough moves out late tonight, expect heights rises
into early Sunday as the high begins to move over the Great Lakes
basin. This then migrates eastward Monday. Tuesday, another high
builds across Hudson Bay which will sustain 30.0 or 30.1 inch
ridging through at least early Thursday.
