.DISCUSSION...

Expecting fairly light winds with higher humidities and mostly
clear skies for the time period. Marine layer clouds and patchy fog
are expected for Fillmore tonight, but should arrive late, generally
after midnight. Expecting an even later arrival time Friday
night/Saturday morning and clouds may even fail to reach Fillmore.
Typical onshore westerly winds are expected each afternoon, with
gusts peaking around 15 mph at the strongest.

Sky/weather.........Mostly clear then becoming
                    cloudy after midnight. Patchy fog overnight.
Min temperature.....55-57.
Max humidity........95-100 percent.
Eye level winds.....West to southwest winds 2 to 4 mph with gusts to
                    7 mph in the evening. Becoming light and
                    variable overnight.
Surface winds (mph).West to southwest winds 5 to 8 mph with gusts to
                    15 mph in the evening. Becoming light and
                    variable overnight.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy early then becoming sunny mid-morning.
                    Patchy fog in the morning.
