.DISCUSSION...

.REST OF TODAY...A surge of monsoonal moisture with instability
is generating widely scattered mostly dry thunderstorms across
interior sections of San Luis Obispo county. There is the threat
of additional thunderstorms in or near the fire location today,
with the risk of additional dry lightning strikes and strong
outflow winds, potentially gusting up to 50 mph near any
thunderstorms. The hot and unstable conditions will also
cause large vertical plume potential for the fire.

Sky/weather.........Partly to mostly cloudy. Widely scattered
                    showers and mostly dry thunderstorms.
                    Additional dry lightning strikes and strong
                    erratic outflow winds possible.
Max temperature.....Around 97.
Min humidity........15 percent.
Eye level winds.....Southwest to west winds 4 to 8 mph with
                    gusts to 10 mph.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest to west winds 8 to 15 mph with
                    gusts to 20 mph

                    with gusts to 22 mph.
