For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.5 inch compact low will cross the lake through
this evening, followed by a weak 29.9 inch surface high ridging
over the lake overnight. Another 29.5 inch compact low will cross
the lake on Tuesday. A 29.7 inch cold frontal boundary over the
upper Great Lakes on Tuesday will push across the lake late
Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. A sprawling 30.2 inch high
over the northern plains Wednesday evening will build across the
entire Great Lakes region late Wednesday night through Friday.

.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 5 to 15 knots becoming southwest.
Showers and thunderstorms early. A chance of showers late. Some
thunderstorms may be severe with strong winds early. Waves 2 feet
or less.
.TUESDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
20 knots. Showers and thunderstorms likely through early
afternoon, then a chance of showers late. Some thunderstorms may
produce gusty winds through early afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet
building to 2 to 4 feet.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming west
10 to 15 knots. A chance of showers and thunderstorms overnight.
Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. A chance of showers and
thunderstorms in the morning, then a chance of showers in the
afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to
3 feet.
.THURSDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet.

and thunderstorms early, then a chance of showers and

.TUESDAY...South winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southwest 15 to
20 knots. Showers and thunderstorms from late morning on. Some
thunderstorms may produce gusty winds from late morning on. Waves
1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet.
