For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure system, around 29.70 inches, over the
northern Great Lakes will drift slowly northeast into Quebec
today. Cold air advection and tightening gradient will increase
winds to Small Craft criteria today. High pressure, around 30.20
inches, starts building back into the region Sunday from the
south.
