This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a portion of eastern Kentucky.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

There is a small chance of thunderstorms this afternoon mainly in
the southeast portion of eastern Kentucky closer to the Virginia
border.

Heat indices will peak near 100 degrees in a few locations this
afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Thunderstorms are possible, at times, from Tuesday through Sunday
mainly in the afternoon and early evening hours. A few of the storms
on Tuesday could become strong with damaging wind gusts the main
threat.

Heat indices may peak around 100 degrees in a few locations Tuesday
afternoon.
