...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL FULTON...
SOUTHWESTERN TAZEWELL AND NORTHEASTERN MASON COUNTIES THROUGH 1130 PM
CDT...

At 1112 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Manito, or 11 miles northeast of Havana, moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Manito, South Pekin, Forest City, Topeka, and Goofy Ridge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
