A weak front draped across the area as of 2 AM Wednesday morning will push south of the area by midday. This will result in a gradual wind shift from westerly to north-northwesterly south of I-70 later this morning. Isolated showers are also possible along the front. Otherwise north-northwesterly winds are expected across the area today, followed by light northeasterly winds on Thursday. Mostly dry weather will prevail through Sunday, along with below normal temperatures. Ventilation will be good today, then fair on Thursday as wind speeds decrease slightly.
