...Summary...
The tornado began in southeast Warren County, Ohio just to the
south of US 22 on Roachester Osceola Road where a large broken
tree branch was noted. Additional tree damage was observed along
Roachester Osceola Road and on Osceola Road. Large limbs were knocked
down and some trees had also been uprooted. One single family
residence also had some loss of roof shingles and gutters on Osceola
Road.

Damage continued southeast along Edwardsville Road, where more
trees were snapped or uprooted and the roof of an outbuilding was
also damaged. The tornado appeared at its strongest along Middleboro
Road in Harlan Township of Warren County, where more significant
tree damage was noted along with some minor damage to a couple of
homes.

The tornado continued southeast into Clinton County, Ohio, with
damage noted along Irvin Road and near the intersection of Irvin
Road and North State Route 133. The last damage from this tornado
likely occurred along Dudley Road, as no additional damage was
observed immediately to the southeast of this area.

Damage was also surveyed in the Westboro area of Clinton County and
was determined to be non-tornadic.
