...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL LINCOLN AND
NORTHEASTERN RUSSELL COUNTIES THROUGH MIDNIGHT CDT...

At 1124 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Luray, or 21 miles northeast of Russell, moving south at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lucas, Sylvan Grove, and Luray.
