.DISCUSSION...Moderate trade winds will persist through Monday,
followed by a slow decline in winds Tuesday into Thursday. Shower
chances will be slightly higher at Lisianski, and an increase in
showers is expected at both locations late Wednesday or Thursday.
A long period south swell will build on the existing swell tonight
and peak late Monday.
