...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL GREENVILLE...NORTH
CENTRAL ANDERSON...CENTRAL PICKENS AND EAST CENTRAL OCONEE COUNTIES
THROUGH 245 PM EDT...

At 220 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles west of Pickens, or near Keowee Toxaway State Park, moving east
at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Easley, Pickens, Powdersville, Liberty, Lake Keowee, Jocassee Gorges,
Keowee Toxaway State Park, Berea, Six Mile, and Travelers Rest.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
