Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 357 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.2 and 0.4 inches of rain have fallen. - Areas along Highway 145 between Placerville and Telluride is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
