...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN PHELPS...
SOUTHEASTERN GOSPER...NORTHEASTERN FURNAS AND NORTHWESTERN HARLAN
COUNTIES THROUGH 315 PM CDT...

At 246 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of Bertrand, or 17 miles west of Holdrege, moving
southeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
mainly rural areas of far southeast Gosper, southwest Phelps,
northeast Furnas and northwest Harlan counties.
