...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa...
Minnesota...

  West Okoboji Lake near Milford affecting Dickinson County.

  Little Sioux River at Spencer affecting Clay County.

  Little Sioux River above Spencer / Highway 18 affecting Clay
  County.

  West Fork Des Moines River near Windom affecting Jackson and
  Cottonwood Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* IMPACTS...At 6.8 feet, water reaches the floor of the pump house
  for water supply for Milford and West Okoboji.

  - At 9:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 6.9 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:45 AM CDT Thursday was 7.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...West Fork Des Moines River near Windom.

* WHEN...Until early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Lowland flooding begins along several
  stretches of the river and Island Park in Windom floods in several
  areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 19.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:15 AM CDT Thursday was 19.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    tonight and continue falling to 17.4 feet Thursday, July 18.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
