Wave height forecasts represent the average of the highest 33% of
waves that occur in a given period. Since the significant wave
height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.TODAY...Breezy. South winds 15 to 25 mph. Waves 1 foot or less
building to 1 to 2 feet. Clear. Highs in the 80s.
.TONIGHT...South winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 to 2 feet. Slight
chance of thunderstorms in the evening. Mostly cloudy in the
evening then clearing. Lows in the mid 60s.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Mostly sunny. Highs 85 to 95.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.TODAY...Light winds becoming southeast around 10 mph. Waves
1 foot or less. Patchy fog early in the morning. Sunny. Highs in
the 70s.
.TONIGHT...South winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less
building to 1 to 2 feet after midnight. Mostly clear in the
evening then becoming mostly cloudy. Lows in the mid 60s.
.THURSDAY...South winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding
to 1 foot or less in the afternoon. Mostly sunny. Highs 75 to 85.


For Lake of the Woods...

.TODAY...Light winds becoming southeast around 10 mph. Waves
1 foot or less. Sunny. Highs 65 to 75.
