Wave height forecasts represent the average of the highest 33% of
waves that occur in a given period. Since the significant wave
height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.REST OF TODAY...East winds around 10 mph shifting to the
southwest 10 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less.
Isolated thunderstorms late in the morning. Mostly sunny. Highs
85 to 95.
.TONIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph shifting to the north
10 to 20 mph in the late evening and overnight. Waves 1 foot or
less. Isolated thunderstorms in the evening. Partly cloudy. Lows
in the mid 60s.
.FRIDAY...Breezy. Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph increasing to
20 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet. Partly sunny.
Highs in the 70s.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.REST OF TODAY...South winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Isolated thunderstorms late in the morning. Partly sunny. Highs
