For Devils Lake...

.REST OF TODAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 foot or
less. Isolated thunderstorms through the day. Mostly sunny. Highs
85 to 95.
.TONIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 mph shifting to the northwest
10 to 20 mph after midnight. Waves 1 foot or less. Scattered
showers and thunderstorms in the evening. Partly cloudy. Lows in
the lower 60s.
.FRIDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 mph. Waves 2 to 4 feet. Partly
sunny. Highs in the 70s.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.REST OF TODAY...South winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Isolated thunderstorms in the late morning and early afternoon.
Partly sunny. Highs 75 to 85.
