Scattered showers and thunderstorms are forecast again today across south central Texas. Wetting rains will be possible, but will generally remain spotty. Sunday into the middle portion of next week, rain chances remain favored over portions of the Rio Grande plains and southern Edwards Plateau. Isolated showers or storms cannot be ruled out over the coastal plains due to the seabreeze. South to southeasterly winds will be breezy at times across the Rio Grande Plains into the Edwards Plateau into early next week. Late next week, a weak cold front is expected to approach from the north and bring a chance of rain back to most of the region.
