431 WGUS84 KEPZ 091918 FLSEPZ Flood Advisory National Weather Service El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa NM 118 PM MDT Tue Jul 9 2024 NMC035-092215- /O.NEW.KEPZ.FA.Y.0076.240709T1918Z-240709T2215Z/ /00000.N.ER.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.OO/ Otero NM- 118 PM MDT Tue Jul 9 2024 ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM MDT THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central New Mexico, including the following county, Otero. * WHEN...Until 415 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 118 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall of up to 0.5 to 1 inch is expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
