In southwest New Mexico, Grant. * WHEN...Until 230 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1236 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
