.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Potentially steep seas
are still possible for the southern outer waters tonight into
Tuesday morning. Also, northerly winds at 15 to 20 kts will
persist across the southern outer coastal waters tonight into
Tuesday. Conditions will begin to deteriorate on Wednesday as wind
and seas both increase. By late Wednesday night into at least
Friday morning north winds will increase substantially, with
potential for gales and large, steep seas.
